KS88 Terms & Conditions — Full Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1General Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between ks88 (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "ks88") and all of its users. By registering on or using ks88, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms stated herein.

Ks88 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes occur, a notification will be posted on the platform along with the updated date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Ks88 services are available only to residents of regions or countries where online gaming is legally permitted. Accessing the platform from a restricted region is a violation of these terms.

2Account Register

To register on ks88, you must provide accurate and complete information. ks88 reserves the right to close any account created using false or incorrect details.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

5Bonuses & Promotions

Ks88 bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 30–45 times the bonus amount.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit.
• A bonus can only be claimed once per account (unless otherwise stated).

6Gaming Rules

8Account Closure & Suspension

Ks88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Incomplete KYC Verification
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• Self-Exclusion Request

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. If an inactive account holds a balance, ks88 reserves the right to place that balance into custody after a specified period.

9Limitation of Liability

Ks88 strives to maintain the highest technical standards. However, ks88 will not be held liable in the following situations:

• Losses caused by the user's internet connection being disrupted
• Issues caused by third-party software or devices
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.)
• Data loss due to hacking or a cyberattack

In any circumstance, ks88's maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question. ks88 shall not be liable for any consequential loss.

10Changes to Terms

Ks88 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification may be sent to your registered email address.
• The date of any changes will be updated on this page.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account.
